Kettlebell strength
Simple, effective movements, swings, squats, presses, carries, to build full-body strength, posture, and confidence. Kettlebells are joint-friendly and ideal for building resilient strength at any age.
Mobility & joint care
Gentle but effective mobility work to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support healthy movement patterns — especially important for knees, hips, shoulders, and lower back.
Conditioning & fat loss
Short, adaptable conditioning blocks that improve cardiovascular health and support fat loss without overtraining or exhaustion.
Habit coaching
Clear, realistic weekly targets around movement, food basics, sleep, and stress — so results last beyond the sessions.
Breath & nervous-system reset
Short breathwork or kundalini-inspired sequences to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and help the body integrate training rather than staying in “fight or flight.”
